Coaching
I work with a select group of high potential clients on achieving their goals.
My coaching style is direct, authentic, and supportive. I help clients gain a fresh perspective on challenges and take concrete action towards accomplishing their aspirations.
Every engagement is unique to the individual needs. However, a typical path will have these stages:
Discovery: Identifying goals and development areas.
Assessment: Gathering feedback and benchmarking against other world class leaders.
Experimentation: Adopting new mindsets and trying new behaviors while monitoring their impact.
Integration: Creating structures and systems to reinforce the new identity and behavior.
Most of my coaching will be in confidential 1:1 conversations with my client. In addition, I often will observe clients during team meetings, presentations, or leading projects. This action learning approach can be critical to making meaningful changes quickly and being able to support clients on the work aspects that matter most.
